EXTREME TRAILS CYCLE CHALLENGE
Terms and Conditions of Entry
- This event is NOT A RACE
- Helmets must be worn at all times by all entrants
- Bicycles riden in the event must be well maintained and fit for such an event
- Entries will close on Monday 30th May
- Display number plaque clearly at the front of the bike
- Obey any and all marshals instructions
- All rides must stop and wait at ALL check points
- Follow the designated route at all times, navigational equipment and maps may be used
- Follow the Country Code, take care and show respect to other users
- Obey the Highway Code at all time, take care and show respect to other road users and pedestrians
- Any rider causing or witnessing an accident MUST stop and help anyone injured and notify the emergency services and the organisers when necessary
- The decision of the organiser is final and they will not accept responsibility for any mishap or injury sustained during the event
- Any entrant who retires MUST inform the organisers immediately with the riders name and number, contact numbers are on the back of the number plaque
- Any entrant requiring assistance please contact the organisers on the numbers shown on the back of the Number Plaque
- Participants are encouraged to raise as much as possible for the charity stated all donations will be greatly received, sponsorship forms will be provided
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance is NOT provided by the Organisers. It is essential for cyclists to provide their own insurance at their own discretion.
